Voici un article sur l'automne à New York. Si vous êtes comme moi une "leaf peeper" (quelqu'un qui voyage à travers les états, régions pour observer et admirer le changement de couleurs des arbres), alors vous allez aimer cet article. D'ailleurs, je publierai un article bientôt sur l'automne en Pennsylvanie et en particulier à Philly et aux alentours, avec des adresses d'endroits magnifiques où on trouve plein d'érables et d'autres beaux arbres qui tournent jaunes, oranges et rouges. J'ai eu du mal à trouver ce genre d'articles donc je partage!
Si vous avez vu mon article sur les décos d'Halloween à Brooklyn, alors les façades et arbres en photo ci dessous se situent dans les mêmes rues (l'érable plus bas est à Garfield Pl).
Pour Central Park, je conseille le Lake et autour vers le sud ouest du lac, et The Ramble. Je suis allée faire un tour vers le Reservoir, il n'y avait quasiment pas d'arbres colorés, fin Octobre. Peut être que d'ici deux semaines cela aura changer... Dites-moi si vous savez! The Mall avait l'air sympas (arbres jaunes), mais ce genre d'endroits super touristiques noir de monde, j'évite, c'est pas terrible pour faire des jolies photos!

Here is an article about fall/autumn in New York City. If you're a "leaf peeper" like me (somebody who travers throughout the states and regions to observe and admire the trees changing colors), then you'll hopefully like this article. By the way, I'll also public an article about fall in Pennsylvania and particularly in Philly and its surroundings, with adresses of beautiful places where maples and other wonderful colored trees can be found. I was struggling to find these kinds of articles so I share!
If you've seen my article on Halloween decorations in NYC, the trees and buildings in the pictures below are located mostly in the same streets (the red maple below is in Garfield Pl).
Regarding Central Park, I advise the Lake, especially around the southwestern part of it, and also The Ramble. I went around the Reservoir but honestly, at this time of fall (end of October), there was barely any tree colored. Maybe it will change in the few following weeks... Let me know if you see anything! The Mall looked nice (yellow trees), but I try to stay away of super crowded places, it's not the best to take pictures!
